The Chairman of the Board is the chief executive officer of the OAG.
The Auditors General each hold one vote. Decisions made by the Board require support from at least three of the Auditors General.

About the members of the Board
Jørgen Kosmo(Labour Party) is the Chairman of the Board of Auditors General. He was born in Fauske in 1947. He has previously held posts as Mayor of Horten, Member of Parliament for Vestfold County (1985–2005), Chairman of the Standing Committee on Justice (1989–1993), Minister of Defence (1993–1997), Chairman of the Storting’s Standing Committee on Scrutiny and Constitutional Affairs (1997–2000), Minister of Labour and Government Administration (2000–2001), and President of the Storting (2001–2005).
Annelise Høegh(Conservative Party) was born in Oslo in 1948 and has a Master of Arts degree. During the period 1977 to 1985 she was Deputy Member of Parliament for Oslo County, and was Member of Parliament from 1985 to 2001.
